Eid Mohammad Etimadi, victim of

Due to an assault by unidentified gunmen targeting a "Rickshaw" tricycle in Jabrail town of Herat province, a tragic event unfolded, resulting in the loss of 6 lives, including religious scholars, women, and children, with several others sustaining injuries. Remarkably, this terrorist incident marks the second attack on the Hazara community in the town within a week. The previous week, on October 23, 2023, two assailants on a motorcycle targeted clerics Rajab Akhlaqi and Khadim Hossain Hedayati, fatally shooting them on the spot. The town of Jabrail in Herat province of Afghanistan, predominantly inhabited by Hazaras, has experienced numerous terrorist attacks in recent years.
بر اثرتیراندازی افراد مسلح ناشناس بر یک سه‌چرخه «رگشه» در شهرک جبرئيل هرات، ۶ هزاره که شامل چند عالم دینی، زنان و کودکان بودند، کشته شدند و چند تن دیگر هم زحمی گردیدند. این حمله تروریستی اساسا دومین حمله بر هزاره های این شهرک در طی یک هفته است. هفته قبل یعنی روز ۲۳ اکتوبر ۲۰۲۳ میلادی، دو نفر موتور سوار به دو روحانی دیگر بنام های رجب اخلاقی و خادم حسین هدایتی تیراندازی کرده و هر دو را در جا کشتند. شهرک جبریل هرات که یک شهرک هزاره نشین است، شاهد حملات تروریستی زیادی طی چند سال اخیر بوده است.
